Your Benefits
Work from home from anywhere in Spain (Canary Islands excluded)
permanent employment in full time or part time (from 20h/week) - Training takes place on a full-time basis.
fixed, season-independent salary from day 1, plus performance-related bonus
service hours Monday to Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sundays off

Your Tasks
provide support through phone for enquiries about products, the shop website, the ordering process and shipment tracking
guiding customers through the ordering process
competent and conclusive handling of customer enquiries
ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting the client's quality requirements
Your Profile
native in speaking Dutch and good knowledge of English
good working knowledge of MS Office
strong communication skills and service mentality
sales or telemarketing experience preferable
high degree of self-motivation and willingness to learn
