Software / AI Engineer Senior
para liderar técnicamente el diseño e integración de sistemas avanzados de robótica, combinando IA, percepción multimodal, planificación, despliegue en edge y arquitectura software compleja.

Responsabilidades

Definición y diseño de arquitecturas software complejas para sistemas robóticos.

Responsabilidad técnica de subsistemas completos (percepción, planificación, navegación, despliegue).

Desarrollo avanzado en Python y C++ de componentes críticos.

Diseño e integración de modelos avanzados de ML/DL (YOLOv9, SAM, DINOv2, LSTM, TSMixer, Transformers).

Integración profunda con ROS 2 (arquitectura distribuida, QoS, latencias).

Optimización avanzada de inferencia en Edge AI (ONNX, TensorRT INT8/FP16).

Diseño de pipelines de despliegue, contenedorización y rollback.

Resolución de problemas complejos de integración hardware–software.

Definición de estándares técnicos y buenas prácticas.

Mentoría técnica a perfiles junior y senior medio (no gestión de personas).

Participación en la definición del roadmap técnico.

Formación y requisitos técnicos:

Titulación superior, preferentemente en Ingeniería de Telecomunicación, Ingeniería Informática, Matemáticas, Física o similar.

Más de 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de proyectos software y hardware.

Nivel alto en Python, C++ y programación orientada a objetos.

Conocimiento alto en Machine Learning y Deep Learning.

Conocimiento avanzado en tratamiento de datos para modelos de IA.

Conocimiento medio-alto o alto de ROS / ROS 2.

Conocimiento alto en procesamiento de imagen para IA.

Experiencia en arquitectura software distribuida.

Muy valorable

Experiencia con Isaac Sim y pipelines sim2real.

Experiencia en SLAM y navegación autónoma.

Conocimiento de sistemas industriales (MES, OPC-UA, Digital Twin).

Experiencia en robótica real o entornos industriales.

Conocimientos de ciberseguridad en sistemas embebidos.

Experiencia liderando decisiones técnicas complejas.
