we are seeking a part time
(4hrs per/day) Finance & Accountability Trainee to support our Finance team and gain hands‑on experience in real accounting, reporting, and administrative processes. This internship is ideal for a motivated, detail‑oriented student eager to apply academic knowledge in a professional setting.

What will be your Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Financial Operations:
  You will support daily accounting activities by registering and posting transactions in SAP By Design, including supplier invoices, payments, and other financial entries. You'll help ensure accurate invoice coding, support project reconciliations, and contribute to month‑end closing tasks.
• Administrative Support & Digital Archiving:
  You will help maintain a structured and up‑to‑date digital archive of financial documents—such as invoices, receipts, contracts, and supplier records—while assisting the team in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
• Supplier Management:
  You will assist in managing basic supplier communications, including invoice queries, document follow‑up, corrections, and other simple requests. You'll also help ensure compliance with internal procedures for invoice processing and documentation.
• Reconciliations:
  You will perform reconciliations for specific travel‑related expenses (air travel and Renfe), checking invoice accuracy, matching supporting documents, and ensuring correct allocation to projects.
• Departmental Support:
  You will provide general administrative support to the Finance department, collaborate with internal teams needing financial information or documentation, and contribute to improvements within financial and administrative workflows.

What We're Looking For:

• Student of Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  (eligible for an internship agreement).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and administrative processes (Spain laws).
• Strong skills in Excel, Word, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools (experience with SAP ByDesign is a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication skills in Spanish and English, comfort interacting with suppliers and internal teams.
• A proactive attitude, reliability, and a genuine interest in financial operations.
• Interest in a part time paid internship (4hours per day).
