About the Job 

As a Contract Lifecycle Manager, you will own the contract lifecycle platform and processes, ensuring seamless operations, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.

You'll support key functions such as IT, Strategic Vendor Management and Demand Management with actionable data and advisory input, while driving standardization and tool optimization.

What you do

Manage and maintain the CLM platform, including configuration, updates and user support as well as ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and integration with surrounding systems (e.g., ERP, vendor databases).Maintain & enhance contract data quality across systems and repositories.Analyze contract and vendor data to identify  trends , risks, and optimization opportunities.Monitor contract timelines, renewals, and obligations to ensure timely actions.Act as a central point of contact for IT, vendor management, demand management, and other business units.Provide advisory support on contract-related topics, including structure, obligations, and performance metrics.Drive harmonization of contract formats, metadata and workflows and identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.Deliver key contract data points to support decision-making across functions.Create dashboards and reports for contract performance, compliance, and lifecycle tracking.

What you bring

Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.Proficient in Excel or BI Tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) for performance tracking.Ability to identify modifications to business practices to take full advantage of technology innovation.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and able to turn data into actionable Insights. Detail oriented & excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of stakeholder trust and confidenceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or a related field.3+ years of experience in contract lifecycle management or business operationsHands-on experience with IT contracts and related key data points.
