¿Cómo podrás CONTRIBUIR y CRECER con nosotros?

La misión principal será de dar soporte en la gestión operativa diaria del Departamento de Operaciones, enfocándose en la optimización de procesos, el control administrativo de recursos (flota, equipamiento) y el análisis de datos para garantizar la eficiencia del servicio al paciente (Patient Service). Esta beca contribuye directamente a la mejora continua y a la implementación de herramientas de automatización y gestión.

Análisis y Optimización de Procesos : apoyar la transformación operativa mediante el análisis, documentación y optimización de procesos clave de Patient Service, e impulsar la implementación de la mejora continua y herramientas automatizadas.

Gestión y Control de Datos y Reporting : recopilar, tratar y analizar datos operacionales y de Patient Service para la elaboración de informes de gestión, facturación y estudios de impacto, y la actualización de bases de datos clave.

Soporte Administrativo Operacional : proporcionar soporte administrativo integral en la gestión de recursos operacionales, incluyendo la administración de la flota, el vestuario, el equipamiento no IT y la optimización de la gestión de botiquines.

Soporte a Plataformas Tecnológicas y Usuarios : actuar como respaldo en la gestión de plataformas tecnológicas clave, dando soporte a usuarios (actualización de BBDD, permisos) y coordinando la optimización de vehiculos, y planificación equipos y la gestión del teletrabajo.
