TasksWe are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital campaigns, grow online visibility, and drive customer acquisition across multiple channels. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytics, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Lead and grow the digital marketing team to achieve performance goals and KPIs.
- Oversee the planning and execution of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
- Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, content) to align campaign messaging and assets.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Report on marketing performance to leadership and stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience with paid digital advertising, SEO, and email marketing.
- Strong knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Agency experience is a strong plus.
