We are looking for a
Junior Finance Analyst with 2–5 years of experience
, who will support the Finance and Accounting teams across a wide range of operational and reporting activities. A key part of the role will involve treasury management, ensure accurate financial control and support the company's strategic decision-making.

This position requires prior experience in core accounting tasks and familiarity with Spanish tax and regulatory procedures.

Essential Requirements : Applications will not be considered without these

  • Hands-on experience with SAGE accounting software.
  • Experience uploading invoices to SII.
  • Experience filing monthly/quarterly tax returns.
  • Experience submitting Annual Accounts to the Commercial Registry.

Main Responsibilities

Core Accounting & Treasury Tasks

  • Support the accounting team by registering issued and received invoices, bank entries, depreciation, and assisting in the preparation of Annual Accounts.
  • Execute business group payments.
  • Prepare and follow up on the cash flow.
  • Prepare and monitor the annual budget of the Luminous Group.
  • Record and reconcile bank transactions, review payments against recorded invoices.
  • Monitor bank direct debits and verify them against corresponding invoices, contracts, and documentation.

Tax, Reporting & Compliance

  • File monthly and quarterly tax returns according to the Spanish tax calendar.
  • Assist in submitting Annual Accounts to the Commercial Registry.
  • Upload invoices to the SII (Immediate Supply of Information system).

Additional Responsibilities

  • Provide general support to the Finance and Administration teams.
  • Assist with internal review and audit tasks.

General Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
  • English level
    C1 or higher
    .
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping processes and bank reconciliations.
