ROLE SUMMARY:King's College, Soto de Viñuelas, a leading British international school in Madrid, is seeking an enthusiastic Primary Cover Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality cover across Years 1–6, ensuring continuity of learning and a positive classroom environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Teach and supervise classes from Year 1 to Year 6 during staff absence.
Deliver planned lessons and adapt materials when needed.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-managed classroom.
Support pupils' academic and personal development in line with school values.
Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth transitions and continuity.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong classroom management and ability to adapt quickly.
Experience in Primary education, ideally across multiple year groups.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
