Office Manager

What You'll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure our 800m² Madrid headquarters run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and maintenance providers to keep the workplace functional and pleasant.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes in coordination with our HR department.
- Act as the main point of contact for all facility-related topics, including coordination with building management and service providers.
- Organize company events, Friday gatherings, and team-building activities that strengthen our international culture.
- Assist in travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and calendar coordination for leadership and visiting staff.
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met within the office environment.
- Handle incoming correspondence, packages, and manage general inquiries to the Madrid office.

- Multitasker Extraordinaire: You can juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
- Problem Solver: You anticipate needs before they arise and always find practical solutions.
- Communication Pro: Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. You know how to communicate clearly and diplomatically with colleagues and vendors.
- Independent & Reliable: You take ownership of your responsibilities and follow through with minimal supervision.
Some definite pros that will make you stand out:
- 2+ years of experience in office management, administrative assistance, or operations coordination.
- Previous experience in a startup or international environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and basic Excel or accounting knowledge.
- Experience coordinating company events or managing small budgets is a big plus.
