Job Briefing
The Spirits division is looking for a Global Sr Brand Manager for maternity leave
. The role to be in charge of developing the new and existing innovation projects in Juan Torres Master Distillers portfolio; Brandy, Pisco, Liqueur, Vermouth and others.
The role will be to lead, organize, communicate, guide, set objectives and achieve results according to the projects and the marketing plan.
This role aims to have an important internal influence in the company within coextended teams in order to make things happen with fluency.
Main Responsabilities
- Identify opportunities, propose new solutions and ideas based on the Spirits Division vision.
- Lead the internal process to deliver innovation projects on time and according to the established objectives for the Spirits Division.
- Communicate, organize and follow up on the different projects across the internal teams; legal, operations, design agencies, production.
- Work hand to hand with the marketing manager to reach objectives and clarity of the innovation projects and pipeline.
- Collaborate actively to deliver Marketing Brand Plans.
- Actively participate and lead internal meetings with peers and involved teams.
- Constantly support and provide guidance and mentoring to coextended teams in terms of innovation.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, international business or equivalent.
- High enthusiasm.
- Spirits knowledge across categories is desired.
- Previous experience in similar innovation roles.
- Technical understanding on key elements as production line, alcohol, bottling, labeling.
- Proactivity and drive to make things happen.
- Good communication skills & excellent organization.
- Fluent English, Spanish required (Catalan will add but it is not a requirement)
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Project management skills are desired.
