¿Qué Buscamos?

Objetivos:
Asegurar la rápida emisión y gestión de documentos y etiquetas para agilizar las tareas del almacén.
Rigurosidad desde el inicio del proceso para asegurar el correcto registro de la información.
Habilidades
Experiencia en operativa.
Capacidad para priorizar cargas de trabajo y utilizar un enfoque proactivo para cumplir con los plazos requeridos.
Rigurosidad.
Buenas habilidades de comunicación.
Buenas habilidades de planificación y organización del trabajo.
Funciones y Responsabilidades
Registrar las entradas de mercancía en el almacén e imprimir las etiquetas de expedición.
Procesar las desviaciones de las listas de descarga (Unloading Report), adaptando las informaciones en el TMS y aclarar las desviaciones con el cliente o con atención al cliente.
Obtención de los documentos aduaneros del chófer y reenvío de estos al departamento de tráfico.
Imprimir y entregar la lista de carga cuando sea necesario al trabajador de la terminal.
Verificar que todos los envíos (con prioridad) están escaneados/cargados y resolver conflictos cuando esto no sea posible.
Emitir los documentos de transporte (CMR)
Verificar y emitir los documentos de transporte para mercancías peligrosas.
Enviar Manifiesto saliente basado en datos de escaneo.
