We are looking for a
Budget and Billing Management Specialist
to join our team for a multinational leader in the
banking and financial services sector
.


Key Responsibilities:


• Report directly to the Domain Lead Manager.


• Billing management and financial control.


• Budget execution and monitoring (CAPEX / OPEX).


• Cost analysis and financial optimization.


• Vendor and contract management, including negotiations.


• Financial reporting and KPI tracking.


• Support to the Finance Planning Team.


• Preparation, monitoring, and adjustment of budgets.


• Identification and mitigation of financial risks in projects.


• Process improvement and documentation.


• Stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.


• End-user communication in an international environment.


Skills:

Essential:


• Proven experience in budget and financial management.


• Strong background in billing, cost control, and charge back processes.


• Experience working in complex, international environments.


• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.


• Ownership, initiative, and results-oriented mindset.


• Professional bilingual environment: Spanish and English.

Desirable:


• Knowledge of industry best practices.


• Experience in large-scale or infrastructure-related projects.
