Role Overview

As Content & Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for Ecofiltro Europe's visual identity, creative production, and day-to-day social media presence. This role combines content creation, visual direction, and community management, ensuring our brand is presented consistently and engagingly across all digital channels.

You will create visual and video assets, manage our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), interact with our community, and support content planning aligned with our brand and marketing goals. This role requires a hands-on creator with a strong aesthetic sense, the ability to produce visual content independently, and a passion for building an active and engaged online community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and edit visual content (images, graphics, and short-form videos) for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Arrange photo and video shoots, support lifestyle content creation, and develop product storytelling assets.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
  • Manage social media channels: publishing schedules, engagement, community management, DMs, and comment replies.
  • Analyze social media performance and content KPIs to guide future content planning.
  • Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to supply ad creatives and maintain creative consistency.
  • Build and manage relationships with influencers and content creators, including outreach, coordination, and content follow-up.

What You Must Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in social media, content creation, or digital communication.
  • Proven ability to independently produce visual and video content (mobile + editing tools).
  • Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of modern digital storytelling.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Experience managing and growing social media accounts.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and deliver consistent output.
  • A portfolio showcasing your content and visual work (required).

What Is a Plus

  • Bachelor's degree or training in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
  • Experience with content production or Reels/short-form storytelling.
  • Experience working in multi-market or European brand environments.
  • Familiarity with basic analytics (Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Ability to contribute to small-scale creative direction and brand identity refinement.
