Nos encontramos en la búsqueda del perfil de un/a Líder Técnico para formar parte de nuestro equipo en modalidad 100% remoto. Lidera a los desarrolladores hacia la entrega efectiva del producto, asegurando la calidad técnica y la alineación con los objetivos del negocio

¿Qué harás con nosotros?
  • Guiar a los Developers en la exploración de soluciones técnicas que soporten los objetivos del producto y del negocio.
  • Validar la conveniencia de las soluciones técnicas propuestas por los Developers, asegurando la alineación con el stack tecnológico del banco.
  • Actuar como portavoz en sesiones en representación del conjunto de los Developers.
  • Asegurar la aplicaciónde principios y patrones de ingeniería. 
  • Liderar el desarrollo deuna arquitectura ágil, adaptable y escalable, considerando las necesidadesdel Banco. 
  • Fomentar la aplicación yuso de técnicas, prácticas y herramientas ágiles de desarrollo. 
  • Colaborar en laidentificación y gestión dependencias y deuda técnica. 
  • Trabajar en ladefinición de la DoR y la DoD, así como asegurar su revisión y evolución.
