Mission  We are looking for an experienced and hands -on Finance Manager Iberia to oversee financialoperations across Spain, Portugal, and Italy.Reporting to the Group CFO, this role will be responsible for financial reporting, controlling, budgeting, compliance, and will act as a key business partner to local management teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic yet operational finance leader, able to manage day -to -dayaccounting while driving continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and insight -driven decision -making in a dynamic international environment. Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Reporting: ● Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing for each country in the region. ● Supervise the preparation and consolidation of financial statements in compliance withIFRS. ● Drive annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with businessobjectives. ● Analyses variances and partner with local teams to define corrective actions. ● Provide regular performance reporting and analysis to Group Finance and seniormanagement. ● Support cash -flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and treasury needs. Accounting Operations ● Lead and coordinate accounting teams in Spain and Italy; manage external advisors inPortugal. ● Oversee statutory, tax, and audit requirements, ensuring full compliance with localregulations. ● Manage relationships with external auditors and tax consultants. ● Ensure accurate tax filings and support periodic VAT and corporate tax processes. Business Partnering ● Act as finance liaison to local business leaders, enabling informed strategicdecision -making. ● Provide profitability analysis by client, service line, and business unit. ● Support evaluation of new business, M&A, or structural initiatives. Process Improvement & Controls ● Improve, document, and standardize financial processes across the region. ● Ensure strong internal controls are in place and consistently applied. ● Work closely with Group Operations and Finance to harmonize practices and reporting. ● Lead or contribute to systems improvements or implementations (e.g., Oracle NetSuite,TMS, etc.). Requirements  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. ● 7+ years of relevant experience in finance roles; experience within international,service -based environments required.  ● Proven experience managing multi -regional finance operations. ● Strong knowledge of IFRS and international accounting standards. ● Business -oriented mindset, high analytical capacity, and hands -on leadership style. ● Excellent communication and stakeholder -management skills. ● Ability to thrive in a fast -paced, evolving, and entrepreneurial environment.Nice to Have ● Experience in a Big Four or recognized audit firm. ● Demonstrated ability to lead regional finance projects and standardize processesacross countries. ● Familiarity working in private equity / investor -backed environments.
