Ubicación: Lisboa, modelo híbrido: 3 veces a la semana en la oficina del cliente.

Sobre el rol

Buscamos un/a AI/ML Scientist para investigar, diseñar e implementar algoritmos avanzados de IA (ML, DL, NLP y más) y llevarlos a producción en colaboración con equipos de Datos y Producto. El foco está en obtener impacto de negocio medible con modelos confiables, explicables y justos.

Buscamos candidatos que tengan un doctorado en física, matemática, ingeniería; que tengan al menos 3 años de experiencia en AI; que tengan conocimiento y experiencia con DL, ML, NLP, GenAI; y que hayan entrenado redes neuronales desde 0.

Responsabilidades
  • Investigar, diseñar e implementar algoritmos de IA (ML/DL/NLP) para resolver problemas complejos.
  • Traducir desafíos del negocio en problemas científicos y construir prototipos/modelos con impacto real.
  • Trabajar con datos a gran escala (estructurados y no estructurados) para modelos precisos, justos y sostenibles.
  • Colaborar con Data Engineers, MLOps, Product Owners y áreas de negocio para desplegar en producción.
  • Contribuir a buenas prácticas de IA, governance de modelos y Responsible AI.
  • Mantenerse al día con la investigación de vanguardia e integrar herramientas/técnicas relevantes.
  • Comunicar hallazgos a audiencias técnicas y no técnicas.
  • Impulsar colaboraciones con academia y comunidad global de IA para traer investigación de punta al negocio.
Requisitos (Must-have)
  • Doctorado (PhD o MSc) en CS, Matemática, Física, Ingeniería o afines.
  • Impacto demostrado: soluciones de IA en producción o publicaciones en conferencias/journals top de AI/ML.
  • Sólida programación en Python (o similar) y profundo manejo de PyTorch / TensorFlow / scikit-learn / Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Experiencia end-to-end: experimentación, deploy, adaptación y monitoring del ciclo de vida del modelo.
  • Entendimiento sólido de métricas, mitigación de sesgo, explicabilidad y fairness.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia con DL, ML, NLP, GenAI.
  • Experiencia entrenado redes neuronales desde 0.
Plus (Nice-to-have)
  • Experiencia práctica en IA Generativa (LLMs, diffusion models) en producción.
  • Infra escalable, cloud deployments y MLOps.
  • Conocimiento del sector financiero u otras industrias reguladas.
  • Aportes open-source o liderazgo reconocido en la comunidad de IA.
