Nuestro cliente es una gran marca internacional que está en fase constante de expansión, a la vez que ya dispone de un gran número de tiendas operativas.
Job Description
- Coordinar, planificar y supervisar tanto al personal propio, como a las empresas subcontratadas para la ejecución de los diferentes servicios de mantenimiento que se lleven a cabo en las tiendas.
- Velar por el cumplimiento del presupuesto anual aprobado por la dirección.
- Participar en la elaboración de planes de acción derivados de las distintas auditorías.
- Garantizar que todos los aspectos de ingeniería e instalaciones cumplan con los procedimientos operativos establecidos.
- Garantizar que todos los proyectos se ejecuten de forma segura, a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto.
- Identificar, preparar y liderar proyectos CAPEX.
- Analizar los procesos/operaciones unitarias existentes y determinar las modificaciones necesarias para mejorar la seguridad, según sea necesario, y agilizar los procesos.
- Tener una visión 360º con el objetivo de estar siempre en búsqueda de mejoras.
The Successful Applicant
Analizaremos candidaturas que aporten un gran conocimiento de los sistemas y equipos de refrigeración que hay instalados en tiendas, locales comerciales, restaurantes, hoteles, etc.
Deberán haber participado en proyectos tanto de mantenimiento correctivo/preventivoy de remodelación y apertura de nuevos locales.
