My client, a global leader in Application Delivery Controllers and Load Balancing, is hiring a
System Engineer (Pre-Sales)
in Spain.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical demos, presentations, and solution designs
  • Provide technical & sales support for customers and channel partners
  • Lead POCs, support RFPs, draft technical solutions, and assess competitors
  • Configure solutions to customer requirements and design network architectures
  • Create and deliver training for internal teams, partners, and key customers
  • Provide remote/on-site troubleshooting and technical support

Requirements

  • 4+ years pre-sales experience
  • Strong L2/L3 knowledge (OSPF/BGP)
  • Expertise in L4–7 protocols (TCP, UDP, HTTP, DNS, SSL/TLS)
  • Experience in Virtualisation, Cloud-Native, Application Acceleration, DDoS mitigation, IPv4/IPv6, Network & Application Security
  • Background in ADC, enterprise applications, or network security
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to travel across Spain and sometimes Europe

Desirable

  • Knowledge of competitive L4–7 solutions
  • Understanding of ISP/mobile provider tech (CGNAT, GTP Firewall, DDoS Clean Pipe)
  • Scripting in Shell/TCL + Linux/Unix experience
