Summary:
The RPA Specialist designs, builds, and supports robotic automations to streamline Order-to-Cash processes and improve accuracy, efficiency, and cash flow. This role partners with O2C teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable digital solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain RPA bots for O2C processes.
  • Identify automation opportunities across Billing, Collections, Order Management, Queries.
  • Document process and solution designs following RPA standards.
  • Monitor bot performance and resolve exceptions or failures.
  • Support UAT, deployment, and ongoing optimization of automations.
  • Ensure all automations meet internal controls, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Track and report automation benefits and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English both written and verbal.
  • 2–5 years of experience in RPA development or process automation.
  • Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with O2C processes (Billing, Collections, Cash App, Credit).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
