We're searching for someone with vision, initiative and execution power , a professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on action, and who enjoys building a brand while accelerating digital and commercial presence across multiple countries in EMEAI and the Americas.

Role Description

  • Design, coordinate and execute the global marketing and communication strategy
     aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Build and maintain 
    market intelligence reports
  • Design, execute and follow 
    marketing campaigns
    and sales enablement materials.
  • Supervise and strengthen the EQOFluids brand
  • Lead the ongoing evolution of our website
    , turning it into a more commercial, technical, and lead-oriented platform.
  • Coordinate external agencies
     (design, content, web, video, SEO/SEM).
  • Support on the
    CRM management
  • Retail Partner Management support:
     Collaborate closely with local retail partners and dealerships to support hyper-local marketing activations. Ensure brand consistency at the point of sale, align on launch activities, and drive engagement through tailored local initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate our participation in industrial trade shows
     across Europe and the Americas
  • Track KPIs and performance of all initiatives
    , ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Report KPI's performance on a monthly basis

Qualifications

  • Solid experience (3-5y) in international marketing (preferably in industrial, B2B, or technical environments).
  • Analytical skills to capitalise data and optimise results.
  • Ability to combine strategic perspective with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent project management and organisational capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive mindset, curiosity, and a strong results orientation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA is a bonus
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and collaborate across teams
  • Fluent English and Spanish; other languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel across Europe 25% of the time
