Global Influencers, VIPs & Social Media Manager
para incorporarse al equipo de Comunicación y liderar la estrategia de Social Media y de contenido, la relación con perfiles VIPs e Influencers y el CRM, con un enfoque creativo, innovador, muy premium y orientado a resultados.

RESPONSABILIDADES
CLAVE

· Estrategia global de Influencers y VIPs (Iberia + Internacional): Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia (macro, micro, KOLs, médicos, líderes de opinión y prescriptores). Cerrar embajadores a largo plazo y colaboraciones alineadas con el ADN de la marca

· Orquestación de Campañas: Liderar lanzamientos, eventos de influencers y VIPs, seeding y activaciones PR con objetivos claros, timing y medición de ROI

· Liderazgo en Redes Sociales: Definir la estrategia por canal (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn y plataformas emergentes). Controlar pilares de contenido, calendarios, formatos y storytelling orientado a conversión

· Gobernanza de Contenidos y Planificación de Campañas de Paid Media: Garantizar coherencia visual y narrativa. Validar briefs, guiones, copies y contenidos de creadores para proteger los códigos de marca

· Performance y Analítica: Definir KPIs (reach, EMV, engagement, CAC, conversión, retención). Optimizar mediante datos, A/B testing y whitelisting de creadores

· Comunidad y Reputación: Gestionar la relación con la comunidad, protocolos de crisis y vínculos con VIPs para reforzar confianza y advocacy

· Presupuesto y Negociación: Gestión integral de presupuestos, contratos y tarifas. Maximizar impacto a través de negociaciones estratégicas y partnerships escalables.

· CRM-Newsletters: Planificación, redacción y ejecución de newsletters: calendario, segmentación, storytelling, CTAs y performance. Optimización basada en datos (aperturas, clics, conversión) y mejora de journeys/automatizaciones

· Gestión de la comunicación de UNICSKIN con clientes, distribuidores y plataformas digitales en mercados internacionales asegurando coherencia de marca, mensajes y timings, entre España y el extranjero.

· Dashboards de crecimiento y performance en Social Media

· Informes post-campaña con insights accionables

· Roster curado de creadores y VIPs por mercado

KPIs

· Crecimiento de EMV y reach cualificado

· Engagement y share of voice

· Conversión y revenue asistido

· ROI por creador y eficiencia de costes

· Crecimiento y sentimiento de la comunidad

PERFIL

· Experiencia demostrada mínima 5-10 años en marcas premium, lujo o belleza

· Red sólida de influencers y alta capacidad de negociación

· Inglés Proficiency / Bilingüe (imprescindible)

· Mentalidad data-driven con sensibilidad creativa

· Perfil muy proactivo y dínámico y visión global y dominio de dinámicas culturales

· Interés real por belleza, lujo, dermocosmética y tecnología aplicada al skincare
