Short Job Description:
We are seeking a SVP Growth & New Business, a Sales & Strategy team member to design and develop different solutions for our clients & markets. Using our core product capabilities and understanding our unique selling proposition and vision, the perfect candidate is passionate about storytelling, project design & execution, sales processes and advertising technology. Will be in charge of developing new business opportunities and building a strong connection between our product, our solutions and the customer needs. while also managing sales operations and leading the team to ensure performance, alignment, and growth.
Requirements of the role:
- Exceptional client management skills from a sales leadership position, with the ability to build and sustain senior-level relationships.
- Advanced narrative, sales, and storytelling abilities to articulate value and drive business outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing and inspiring high-performing, transversal teams.
- Strong internal stakeholder management skills, fostering collaboration across departments and functions.
- Strong track record in multi-market operations and international business environments.
- 10+ years of experience in the digital advertising and marketing industry, with proven expertise in adtech and martech.
- Deep knowledge of the advertising technology ecosystem, including programmatic platforms and omnichannel activation solutions, as well as the application of Artificial Intelligence to enhance processes and client solutions.
Solid experience in managing P&L responsibilities within a revenue-driven department. - Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
New Business
- Identify new market opportunities and design tailored solutions that position Taptap as a top partner for brands in the advertising & marketing ecosystem.
- Build specific business roadmaps, targeting key clients and industries to evolve and upgrade Taptap's core value proposition.
- Pitch and present business solutions to clients, developing consultative sales processes that involve cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Generate and oversee long-term partnerships that drive incremental monetization and new revenue streams.
Growth & New Markets
- Identify and evaluate entry pathways into new geographies, supporting Taptap's global expansion strategy.
- Support local conversations to uncover potential partners and clients, acting as a senior advisor in market entry initiatives.
- Adapt and refine business models to fit the dynamics and requirements of each new market.
- Manage and lead the sales support team dedicated to new markets, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
Global Partners
- Supervise and strengthen commercial relationships with global partners and resellers.
- Prospect, build, and launch new partner programs across priority markets.
- Manage and lead the partner support team, driving performance, engagement, and long-term collaboration.
