Serás responsable de recopilar, registrar y mantener información inmobiliaria precisa y actualizada, garantizando la calidad y consistencia de los datos que sirven de base para nuestros análisis, informes y estrategias de negocio.

Job Description

Tus principales funciones

  • Recopilar información de fuentes internas y externas (portales inmobiliarios, registros públicos, informes técnicos, etc.).

  • Actualizar y mantener bases de datos sobre propiedades, precios, rentabilidades, ocupación y otros indicadores clave del mercado.

  • Verificar la integridad y coherencia de los datos mediante controles de calidad.

  • Apoyar al equipo de analistas en la preparación de datasets para proyectos y estudios específicos.

  • Documentar procesos de captura, validación y actualización de la información.

  • Colaborar con consultores y analistas para asegurar que todos los informes y presentaciones se basen en datos precisos y actualizados.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia de 1 a 3 años en gestión y análisis de datos, idealmente en el sector inmobiliario o de consultoría.

  • Formación en Administración, Gestión Documental, Informática o áreas afines.

  • Nivel de inglés mínimo B2.

  • Valorable conocimiento de herramientas de gestión y análisis de datos (Excel avanzado, Power BI, SQL, etc.).
