The role (Marketing Generalist)

In this broad marketing role, you are the driving force behind consumer-focused marketing activities in Spain. You translate the set strategy into eye-catching content, campaigns, and events that bring the Bonusan brand to life. You have great organization skills and take initiative, but always in line with the central organized brand message and look & feel. You adjust to all local needs.

You report to the Head of Spain and work closely with your peer marketing colleague in Spain (with focus on Health Care professional). You also coordinate with the International brand & digital teams (located in The Netherlands) who set brand guidelines and support you with tools. The execution for Spain is handled completely local.

Your tasks:

  • Develop creative digital campaigns and content that strengthen the Bonusan brand in Spain.
  • Manage and grow social media channels with inspiring and visually engaging content.
  • Managing Ads and SEO campaigns with the agency.
  • Design, launch, and optimize email flows and campaigns in Klaviyo.
  • Organize consumer events and brand activations.
  • Adapt international marketing concepts into local storytelling that resonates with the Spanish audience.
  • Analyze campaign performance and experiment with new formats and ideas.

To strengthen our brand presence in Spain, we are looking for a hands-on Marketing Generalist who can inspire and activate primarily
consumers
through authentic and engaging marketing. While we also grow in the consumer field, we never forget our overarching goal to become the number 1 endorsed brand by the Health Care Professional (B2B).

What You Bring

  • Bachelor degree, ideally in Marketing
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a creative generalist marketing role, ideally in suppletion, health or FMCG
  • Proven experience with D2C marketing, social media, email marketings, SEO and content creation. Knowledge of Klaviyo is a plus
  • Experience with both offline and online marketing and brand presentation
  • Digitally savvy and experienced with the Microsoft Office suits and a creative mindset with strong visual and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in Spanish and good command of English to communicate in writing and verbally with our international team.
  • Self-starter attitude, curious, proactive, and hands-on, but as well some analytical and organizational skills.
  • Affinity with health, nutrition and lifestyle is a strong plus.
  • You live in (area) of Madrid
