dos Team Leader de Logística
para liderar equipos operativos dentro del almacén y asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos de productividad, calidad y servicio.

¿Cuál será tu misión?
Liderar, coordinar y desarrollar a un equipo operativo de logística, garantizando una operativa eficiente, ordenada y alineada con los objetivos del negocio.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

  • Planificación y organización diaria:

Planificar recursos y cargas de trabajo entre inbound y outbound.

Gestionar turnos, rotaciones, vacaciones y ausencias.

Ajustar prioridades según entradas, pedidos y picos de demanda.

  • Gestión y desarrollo del equipo:

Liderar, motivar y desarrollar equipos operativos mixtos.

Realizar seguimiento del desempeño individual y colectivo.

Dar feedback continuo y detectar necesidades formativas.

  • Supervisión operativa (inbound / outbound):

Supervisar procesos de recepción, control, ubicación, preparación y expedición.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, seguridad y orden.

Velar por el correcto uso de sistemas, maquinaria e instalaciones.

  • Seguimiento de KPIs:

Analizar productividad, calidad, incidencias y cumplimiento de SLAs.

Detectar desviaciones y proponer acciones correctivas.

Reportar resultados operativos.

  • Gestión de incidencias y coordinación:

Resolver incidencias operativas de primer nivel.

Coordinar con planificación, transporte, calidad y RRHH.

Escalar incidencias cuando sea necesario.

  • Mejora continua:

Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos inbound y outbound.

Participar en la implantación de mejoras operativas y cambios de proceso.

¿Cuáles son los requisitos?

  • Experiencia como Team Leader en logística inbound y/o outbound.
  • Liderazgo operativo: capacidad para gestionar equipos en distintas áreas del almacén.
  • Orientación a resultados: foco en productividad, calidad y cumplimiento de plazos.
  • Capacidad resolutiva: toma de decisiones ágil ante incidencias diarias.
  • Flexibilidad operativa: Capacidad de adaptación a cambios de carga y prioridades.

¿Qué ofrecemos?
Salario de entrada:
€ salario bruto anual, según experiencia, con contrato indefinido.


Horario:
turnos rotativos de mañana y de tarde. Turnos de mañanas, de domingo a jueves y turno de tardes, de lunes a viernes.
