Functieomschrijving

Het zijn van een Online Croupier (Game Presenter) is vergelijkbaar met het zijn van een Croupier in een land-base casino. Je brengt je werkdag door in onze studio in Madrid, waar je de spellen Blackjack, Roulette & Game Show presenteert. We zenden 24/7 uit, dus je kunt ochtend-, middag- en nachtdiensten werken.

We zijn op zoek naar talent om ons Nederlandse team in Madrid te versterken. Maak je geen zorgen als je nog nooit voor de camera hebt gestaan of een spelletje Blackjack hebt gespeeld. Gedurende de eerste twee weken word je opgeleid om succesvol te worden in je werk. We begrijpen dat verhuizen naar een nieuw land uitdagend kan zijn. Daarom gaan we je helpen met de verhuizing.

We betalen je vliegticket en bieden je een woonplek aan voor de eerste 26 dagen. Je zult verblijven in je eigen studio appartement in de buurt van ons kantoor. Gedurende deze tijd adviseren we je om alvast te zoeken voor je eigen woning om na de 26 dagen in te wonen.

Wat wij bieden:

  • Een verhuispakket: vliegticket naar Madrid, gratis accommodatie voor 26 dagen en een verhuisbonus van €1.500 verdeeld over de eerste 2 maanden in dienst (€1000 eerste maand, €500 tweede maand).
  • Alle immigratieformaliteiten door ons geregeld (Spaanse verblijfsvergunning en sociaal zekerheidsnummer).
  • Een competitief salaris dat je kunt beïnvloeden door middel van je prestaties, aangezien een deel van het salaris gebaseerd is op de performance bonus.

Functie-eisen
  • Er is geen minimale opleiding vereist.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands.
  • Je kan conversationeel Engels.
  • Een servicegerichte persoonlijkheid die openstaat om nieuwe dingen te leren.

Een persoon met een sterke arbeidsethiek en een gevoel van verantwoordelijkheid.

  • Fluent in spoken Dutch.
  • Conversational level of English.
  • A service-minded personality ready to learn new things.
  • Strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility toward your colleagues.
  • Holder of an EU passport. (Not ID)
  • Flexibility to work in 3 rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
