Job summary

Buscamos incorporar a una persona en prácticas para trabajar en el departamento de Compliance en estrecha colaboración con el/la responsable. Una gran oportunidad de formarse y aprender trabajando en un sector en crecimiento, y en una entidad líder que ofrece un enfoque local multidisciplinar en un ambiente internacional.

Principales funciones y responsabilidades:

Tareas a desarrollar:

  • Análisis de nuevas normativas provenientes de los distintos órganos reguladores y supervisores nacionales e internacionales en el ámbito del área de Cumplimiento Normativo, para determinar impactos.
  • Análisis de los procedimientos del grupo dentro del ámbito de Cumplimiento Normativo.
  • Propuesta de procedimientos de actuación en las distintas áreas de la entidad ajustados a los requerimientos en materia de cumplimiento normativo.
  • Relación con diversos departamentos para integración en aplicativo de procedimientos y documentos.

En colaboración con el manager:

  • Apoyo en la realización de los controles de cumplimiento para monitorizar las actividades de la Entidad en el ámbito de actuación de Cumplimiento Normativo.
  • Realización de controles relacionados con la Política de Protección de datos de la Entidad.
  • Realización de controles relacionados con el Blanqueo de Capitales y Financiación del Terrorismo. Sanciones Internacionales.

  • Interés en Compliance y normativa en mercados financieros y el sector de la gestión de activos
