Objetivo Principal Del Puesto
Formará parte del equipo de ingeniería de producción y será responsable de la coordinación de proyectos de compra, suministro, instalación, comisionado y cualificación, validación y puesta en marcha de nuevos equipos/procesos/materiales (o modificaciones de los actuales) del área de Empaquetado.
Tareas y Responsabilidades Principales
- Conocimiento profundo del marco regulatorio y de las expectativas de calidad según las normativas GMP, estándares globales de calidad e ingeniería de Lilly y estándares contemporáneos aplicables a la gestión de proyectos de equipos, procesos y materiales, las cualificaciones y validaciones de equipos en el entorno de la industria farmacéutica.
- Coordinación de personas de distintos departamentos con el objetivo de llevar a cabo las tareas necesarias para la instalación y montaje de equipos/ puesta en marcha de equipos/procesos/materiales nuevos o modificaciones mayores de los mismos.
- Apoyo en la preparación de la documentación de cualificación/validación y de los estándares necesarios para el éxito de los proyectos (por ejemplo, planes, análisis de riesgos, requerimientos, diseño y protocolos de prueba para la cualificación/validación de equipos en las áreas de Producción o Empaquetado), asegurando la alineación con las normativas GMP, los estándares globales de calidad y los objetivos del proyecto.
Requisitos Básicos
- Formación académica: Ingeniería Industrial / Ingeniería Electrónica y Automática / Ingeniería de Producción /Ingeniería Eléctrica /Ingeniería Electromecánica /Ingeniería Mecánica / Ingeniería Química
- Experiencia: no requerida.
- Certificaciones: Inglés nivel alto (C1).

- Buenas habilidades de comunicación, especialmente atención a los detalles en los procedimientos escritos y desarrollo de protocolos.
- Alto grado de curiosidad técnica y pensamiento crítico.
- Alta agilidad de aprendizaje.
- Fuerte liderazgo, habilidades interpersonales y de trabajo en equipo.
- Experiencia en cualificación de equipos, servicios e instalaciones.
- Experiencia previa en procesos de empaquetado, o fabricación de productos farmacéuticos.
