About the Role
Are you passionate about digital marketing, technology, and helping businesses grow online? Join an international team in Barcelona, supporting Dutch companies and marketing agencies in optimizing their online advertising strategies and improving campaign performance.

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, you'll work with a diverse portfolio of advertisers, helping them achieve better ROI through expert guidance, campaign analysis, and tailored digital advertising solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Build strong relationships with Dutch advertisers and agency partners

  • Provide strategic, consultative advice to improve campaign performance and drive results

  • Suggest creative optimisation strategies and identify opportunities to enhance digital advertising outcomes

  • Consistently meet individual sales and performance targets

  • Communicate proactively with customers via phone, video calls, and email

  • Contribute to shaping the Dutch digital marketing landscape as part of a large, collaborative team

What You Bring

  • Dutch at C2 level + fluent English

  • EU Citizenship or Work Permit
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

  • 1+ year of experience in digital marketing (PPC experience preferred)

  • 0-1 year of experience in B2B sales

  • Strong understanding of online advertising platforms and performance optimisation

  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and analytical skills

  • Passion for digital marketing, technology, and continual learning

  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, consultative approach

What's Offered

  • Full-time role in Barcelona (39h/week, Monday-Friday)

  • Hybrid working model

  • Salary starting at 24,310 gross/year + up to 4,290 annual bonus
