We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Logistics Specialist to join our growing operations team in Spain.

You will take full ownership of national and international shipments, coordinating documentation, customs procedures, and courier relationships for Orbotix sites in Spain, Poland, Romania, Estonia, and Ukraine.

At the same time, you'll be directly involved in day-to-day logistics activities such as preparing shipments, receiving goods, and ensuring that every package leaves and arrives on time and in perfect condition.

This role combines office coordination and warehouse action, ideal for someone who enjoys both planning and doing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments across Orbotix entities (Spain, Poland, Romania, Estonia, Ukraine).
  • Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).
  • Liaise daily with couriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance and timely deliveries.
  • Physically support shipments when needed: packing, labeling, organizing materials, or receiving deliveries at the office or facility.
  • Track and update shipment status, proactively resolving delays, issues, or document discrepancies.
  • Keep the internal shipment and inventory records updated for traceability and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing and supply chain teams to optimize transport costs, lead times, and logistics processes.
  • Ensure compliance with export/import regulations, Incoterms, and export control requirements.
  • Support logistics needs for events, testing, and prototype transfers.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics, shipping coordination, or customs operations.
  • Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Additional language (Romanian, Polish, or Ukrainian) will be a strong plus.
  • Experience working with couriers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.
  • Solid knowledge of export/import procedures, Incoterms, and documentation.
  • Practical mindset: comfortable with both administrative and manual tasks.
  • Organized, reliable, and solution-oriented under time pressure.
  • Good command of Excel / Google Sheets and logistics tracking tools.
