This role offers the opportunity to lead product strategy and execution for payors and risk-bearing healthcare entities in a mission-driven, high-growth environment. You will define the vision and roadmap for products that drive enrollment, engagement, and measurable clinical outcomes while ensuring strong software margins. The position combines strategic, commercial, and operational leadership with hands-on product oversight, working closely with engineering, clinical, design, and sales teams. You will translate complex regulatory and reimbursement requirements into scalable, market-leading solutions. The role is highly cross-functional and externally facing, engaging directly with payors, partners, and industry stakeholders to shape products that deliver real-world impact. This is a chance to influence company strategy while building and mentoring a high-performing, distributed team. Accountabilities:
  • Serve as a senior leader reporting directly to the CEO, shaping company strategy through a payor and market lens
  • Own and execute the product vision and roadmap focused on payor value, reimbursement models, cost of care, and outcomes-based economics
  • Ensure products succeed in payor-driven markets through market sizing, competitive positioning, pricing, and margin optimization
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to support enterprise sales cycles, payer pilots, implementations, and renewals
  • Translate complex payer requirements—such as quality measures, utilization management, reporting, and ROI—into scalable product capabilities
  • Collaborate with Clinical, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with value-based care and regulatory compliance
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing remote product, design, and research organization
  • Define, track, and optimize KPIs tied to product adoption, clinical outcomes, gross margin, and customer retention
  • Engage directly with external stakeholders, including payors, employers, partners, and industry groups, to gather feedback and shape product direction
