The Inbound Transport and Customs team is a key part of our Regional Supply Chain, ensuring seamless logistics and compliance across multiple markets.ResponsibilitiesAs an Inbound and Customs Transport Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing import and export operations while ensuring full compliance with customs regulations across the MED region. Your main responsibilities will include:Managing customs and transport operations for both new and existing markets within the MED regionCoordinating and overseeing customs brokerage and transport service providers to ensure efficiency and complianceSupporting Sales Business Units through due diligence processes and cost analysisDeveloping and implementing cost-effective logistics and customs strategies to optimize operationsManaging customs audits and ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirementsHandling transport bookings and execution for inbound shipmentsKeeping stakeholders informed about regulatory changes and potential compliance risksManaging invoicing processes and ensuring accurate application of P2P proceduresMaintaining precise records of customs and shipping documentationProviding timely and accurate logistics and customs reports to support decision-makingCoordinating general freight transport for project execution and service operationsMonitoring the movement of site parts, tools, and equipment to ensure timely delivery and operational continuityQualificationsMinimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in transport and customs within industrial or forwarding sectorsExperience with international forwarding companies, customs brokerage, or large-scale industrial projects in MEA markets is highly desirableUniversity degree in Engineering, International Trade, Logistics, or a related fieldComprehensive knowledge of import/export procedures and international tradeCompetenciesProcess-oriented with the ability to develop and implement logistics strategiesSelf-motivated with problem-solving and analytical skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to synthesize and communicate insightsCollaborative team player with an international mindsetProficient in ERP systems and general IT toolsWhat we offerBecome part of a cooperative and welcoming team focused on sustainable energy.
