About the role

As a
Product Designer
, your mission will be to design intuitive and impactful mobile experiences and internal tools that empower users and improve our internal efficiency.

You will work closely with product and engineering teams to transform complex requirements into simple, elegant, and user-centered solutions that drive Equito's vision of democratizing real estate investment.

Your responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the product owner and developers to understand needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
  • Identify use cases, user flows, and pain points to craft seamless and meaningful navigation experiences.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for both mobile applications and internal tools.
  • Build and maintain our design system, ensuring visual and interaction consistency across products.
  • Leverage user research and data insights to inform design decisions and continuously enhance the product experience.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain quality and alignment.

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a design-related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Figma and component-based design systems.
  • Proven experience designing mobile applications (portfolio required).
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and mobile platform guidelines (iOS and Android).
  • Experience designing internal tools or complex product ecosystems.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into intuitive, user-centered flows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
