Vacancy: Real Estate Agent | Marbella

We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agent to join our premium real estate company in Marbella.

If you are passionate about property, enjoy working with people, and want to grow in the luxury real estate market, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the company in property sales or rentals.

• Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting properties in Marbella and Costa del Sol.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.

• Source and onboard new properties to expand the company's portfolio.

• Conduct viewings, negotiations, and follow up with clients.

• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.

• Work with CRM and marketing team to ensure listings are accurate and attractive.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate sales or rentals (luxury segment is a plus).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Fluency in English (Spanish and/or other languages is a strong advantage).

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and client-oriented.

• Good knowledge of Marbella and Costa del Sol property market.

• Own database of properties and clients will be a significant advantage.

• Driving license and mobility in the area.
