Solutions Consultant Manager

La misión del puesto será
liderar un equipo de consultores que acompaña a los clientes estratégicos en la adopción eficiente de las soluciones de pago de la compañía
, asegurando que la conexión entre necesidades de negocio y soluciones técnicas sea clara, accionable y genere impacto real.

Tendrá impacto transversal sobre las áreas de
Ventas, Producto, Operaciones y Partners
, reportando al
Head Technical Account Manager
.

Funciones:

  • Coordinar y liderar un equipo de consultores técnicos/operativos que asesoran a clientes top-tier, asegurando excelencia en el servicio y resultados medibles.
  • Participar en la definición y adaptación de soluciones de pago para cuentas estratégicas, asegurando que la propuesta de valor se alinee con las necesidades del cliente.
  • Colaborar de forma transversal con Ventas, Producto, Operaciones, IT y Partners para priorizar iniciativas y maximizar el valor entregado.
  • Desbloquear situaciones críticas, elevar riesgos y garantizar los recursos necesarios para el equipo y los clientes.
  • Medir, visibilizar y comunicar el impacto del equipo mediante métricas de eficiencia y mejora operativa.
  • Apoyar en la creación de propuestas comerciales avanzadas, presentaciones ejecutivas y demos técnicas para clientes estratégicos.
  • Impulsar la cultura de consultoría centrada en el cliente, basada en datos y orientada a resultados.
  • Gestionar proyectos críticos y solicitudes ad hoc de clientes estratégicos, asegurando eficiencia y satisfacción.

Requisitos:

  • +5 años de experiencia en consultoría, customer success, pre-sales o soluciones técnicas, preferiblemente en el
    sector de pagos
    .
  • Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos o consultivos, gestionando proyectos con clientes estratégicos.
  • Formación en
    Ingeniería, ADE, Derecho o similar
    , con orientación a negocio.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo cercano, comunicación, priorización y pensamiento creativo.
  • Experiencia trabajando con equipos multidisciplinares (Ventas, Producto, Operaciones, IT).
  • Perfil estructurado, analítico y orientado a la mejora continua.
  • Nivel de inglés
    B2 o superior
