Role Overview

We are looking for an
IT Project Manager
to join one of our key clients in
Barcelona
, working in a
hybrid model
.

You will play a critical role in leading a
strategic IT integration project
following a recent company acquisition, aligned with one of the client's most important objectives for
2026
.

What you will do

  • Lead and execute the end-to-end
    IT Project Management lifecycle
  • Coordinate
    infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking and service operations
    teams
  • Manage project scope, planning, risks, dependencies and reporting
  • Ensure delivery of key milestones:
  • Phase 1:
    EBTS connector to AXA network
  • Phase 2:
    Deployment of AXA products across the EBTS perimeter
  • Manage
    financials
    : budget definition, forecasting and cost control
  • Work closely with
    Global, Regional and Local IT Operations teams
  • Ensure alignment with PMI and Agile frameworks

What you are like

  • 7+ years of experience
    as an IT Project Manager
  • Strong background in
    IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and networking projects
  • Solid knowledge of:
  • PMI framework
  • Agile methodologies
  • IT Service Operations
  • Proven experience in
    budget and financial management
  • Fluent in
    English
    (working language)
  • Strong interpersonal skills: communication, collaboration, proactive mindset, forward-thinking
  • Availability for
    business travel

Nice to have

  • Experience in
    DevOps and/or Cloud projects
  • Background in complex, international or post-merger integration projects
