Parfum Parfait es una marca eCommerce en Shopify especializada en perfumería masculina, seducción y recompra.

Nuestro objetivo es escalar a € al mes, y el email marketing es una de las palancas principales del crecimiento.

Buscamos un/a Email Marketing Specialist SENIOR en Klaviyo, con mentalidad estratégica y foco en ventas.

No buscamos a alguien que "mande emails", sino a alguien que entienda el email como un canal de facturación.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar, crear y optimizar flows automáticos en Klaviyo:
  • Welcome Flow
  • Abandoned Cart
  • Browse Abandonment
  • Post-purchase
  • Cross-sell / Upsell
  • Winback
  • Sunset / limpieza de listas
  • Crear y lanzar 4 campañas semanales orientadas a:
  • Recompra
  • Reactivación de clientes
  • Aumento del LTV
  • Segmentación avanzada de audiencias (comportamiento, engagement, RFM).
  • Copywriting persuasivo alineado con una marca masculina y de seducción.
  • Diseño de plantillas profesionales de email (Klaviyo / HTML simple).
  • Análisis y optimización continua de métricas:
  • Open Rate
  • CTR
  • Revenue generado por email

Perfil que buscamos (IMPRESCINDIBLE)

  • Experiencia demostrable en Email Marketing para eCommerce (Shopify + Klaviyo).
  • Haber trabajado con marcas que facturen €/mes o en proceso de escalar.
  • Español nativo y excelente capacidad de escritura persuasiva.
  • Mentalidad estratégica: sabes qué email enviar, cuándo y a qué segmento.
  • Autonomía, criterio propio y orientación a resultados.

No buscamos perfiles junior, generalistas ni personas que estén aprendiendo.

Condiciones

  • 2 horas diarias (lunes a viernes)
  • 100 % remoto
  • 40 horas mensuales
