Are you a qualified real estate agent – or newly qualified and eager to gain experience in an international environment?

We are looking for a motivated and reliable real estate agent to join our family-owned real estate agency, working as part of a professional and supportive team in Mijas, on the Costa del Sol.

We value quality over quantity, long-term relationships and a high level of professionalism. You will be welcomed into a team environment where collaboration, support and trust are key factors.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This position is commission-based with attractive commission rates and is carried out as a self-employed (autónomo) role in Spain.

You will have a varied role involving sales, client relations and administrative tasks, with guidance and ongoing support from the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Advising buyers and sellers throughout the entire sales process

• Conducting property viewings and following up with clients

• Managing leads and client enquiries

• Preparing property listings, descriptions and sales material

• Coordinating with lawyers, developers and external partners

• Handling administrative tasks related to property transactions

YOUR PROFILE:

• Qualified real estate agent, or newly qualified with a strong desire to learn

• Professional, structured and service-minded

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Holds a valid drivers licence and own vehicle

LANGUAGES:

You should be fluent in at least two of the following languages: English, Spanish and Danish.

A basic working knowledge of the third language is highly valued, but not a deal-breaker for the right candidate.
