Job Description

We're looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our team in Madrid and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Our technology provides superior brand safety, human-like content understanding, and advanced cookieless targeting, making ads more engaging and respectful. Founded by two ex-Googlers in 2014, we've grown to over 700 Seedtaggers across 17 countries, raising €250M to revolutionize digital advertising.

Your ChallengeYour work will directly contribute to:
  • Making Seedtag's operations more efficient, by automating manual workflows and reducing operational complexity.
  • Enhancing campaign performance, ensuring better pacing, quality, and cost optimization across global markets.
Product Ownership & Strategy
  • Support in managing the product roadmap and feature prioritisation for one of Seedtag's internal products (e.g., AdManager), ensuring alignment with company goals and operational needs.
  • Participate in discovery phases, helping to gather user feedback, document operational challenges, and define clear problem statements.
  • Collaborate with the Product Designer to shape user journeys and interfaces that improve usability and workflow efficiency.
  • Help translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and measurable success criteria.
  • Contribute to prioritisation discussions by analysing impact, complexity, and dependencies.
Execution & Delivery
  • Collaborate daily with frontend and backend engineers to design, test, and release features that improve campaign setup, monitoring, optimisation, reporting, and invoicing.
  • Conduct QA testing and validate that new functionalities meet acceptance criteria before launch.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation, including feature specifications, release notes, and user guides.
  • Collect and analyse usage and feedback data to track adoption, performance, and efficiency gains.
  • Communicate and present new features to users and operations leadership, ensuring proper understanding and adoption across teams.
  • Support cross-team communication, keeping stakeholders informed about priorities, timelines, and releases.


What You'll Need to Succeed
  • 1+ year of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or other related technical roles.
  • Engineering or scientific background, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Passion for business, technology, and entrepreneurship.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A data-driven and problem-solving approach to decision making.
It would be a big plus if you:
  • Experience in business process optimization or automation.
  • Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of ad tech ecosystems (SSP/DSPs, campaign optimisation, attribution).
  • Understanding of ad operations workflows, creative production, or media planning.
