Como AI Senior Developer, serás el motor de innovación para una empresa, líder global en soluciones de IA. Tu misión será diseñar, implementar y gestionar soluciones de Generative AI escalables y seguras en entornos AWS, liderando la creación de sistemas RAG y Agentes Inteligentes que transforman industrias.
Tus desafíos y responsabilidades:- Arquitectura de Vanguardia: Diseñar soluciones end-to-end (RAG, modelos de inferencia y Agentes AI) utilizando el ecosistema AWS (S3, Lambda, Bedrock, OpenSearch).
- Liderazgo MLOps/DevOps: Establecer flujos de CI/CD para bases de conocimiento RAG, gestión de prompts y despliegue de agentes multi-paso.
- Infraestructura como Código (IaC): Desarrollar plantillas reutilizables en Terraform o CloudFormation para entornos de alta complejidad.
- Orquestación de Contenedores: Gestionar el despliegue de microservicios utilizando Docker y Amazon EKS (Kubernetes).
- Monitoreo y Optimización: Configurar alertas de rendimiento, latencia y consumo de tokens mediante CloudWatch.
- Formación: Grado o Máster en Machine Learning, Ciencias de la Computación o campos afines.
- Experiencia: Trayectoria sólida en roles de IA/MLOps con foco total en AWS.
- Experticia en Gen AI: Dominio de arquitecturas RAG (bases de datos vectoriales) y flujos de trabajo multi-LLM (LangChain).
- Code Mastery: Comandante experto de Python para scripting y automatización.
- Idiomas: Nivel Avanzado de Inglés (C1) y Español.
- Cuentas con certificaciones AWS Solutions Architect (Associate o Professional).
- Tienes experiencia con frameworks de Deep Learning (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Vienes del sector de consultoría IT y dominas metodologías Agile.
- Te apasiona aprender, compartir ideas y evolucionar junto al equipo.
- Modalidad: 100% Remoto (España).
- Duración: Contrato estimado de 12 meses.
