Senior Pricing Actuary

We're looking for a Senior Pricing Actuary to play a strategic role in shaping pricing decisions, partnering closely with Business Development/Sales and key stakeholders to deliver insight-driven pricing solutions that support growth, profitability, and long-term objectives.
 
As our Senior Pricing Actuary, you'll get to: 

• Own and shape pricing strategy for existing and new business, setting and reviewing pricing assumptions that balance growth, risk, and long-term profitability.
• Lead end-to-end product pricing across markets and clients, including market expansion initiatives and the launch of new and enhanced products.
• Develop forward-looking financial projections that inform strategic planning, portfolio management, and senior decision-making.
• Define, maintain, and evolve pricing methodologies, ensuring transparency, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
• Act as a pricing subject-matter expert, confidently articulating and defending pricing approaches to external stakeholders, including clients and reinsurance partners.
• Partner on cross-functional initiatives, providing pricing insight that supports broader company strategy and growth priorities.
• Drive automation and process optimization within pricing and quoting, improving scalability, efficiency, and analytical capability.

• Qualified actuary with a FIA qualification or equivalent. 
• 5+ years' industry experience in international/local L&H insurance/reinsurance. 
• Extensive experience working on pricing models with strong overall data science and modelling skills
• Able to work cross-functionally in an organization to successfully implement projects. 
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English, Spanish is a strong plus
• Very strong attention to detail. 
• Strong planning and organizing skills, while maintaining high work standards and integrity. Ability to focus and delivery with discipline. 
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work. 
• Strong analytical mind-set.
