Marketing Executive

As the Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving and coordinating a wide range of marketing initiatives, from large-scale global campaigns to brand awareness projects, product launches, and digital content creation. This is a highly versatile role where you'll manage timelines, resources, and deliverables while ensuring consistency and impact across all channels. Your ability to adapt, stay organized, and execute at a high level will be essential to the success of our marketing efforts. This on-site role requires a native English speaker with impeccable project management skills and proven experience in the finance industry. You will report to the Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Lead and execute global commercial and awareness campaigns, overseeing asset creation, project timelines, and cross-team coordination, ensuring performance is tracked and optimized.
• Product & Feature Launches: Own communication plans for new products, features, and integrations; Crafting messaging and coordinating execution across web, email, and social media channels.
• Brand Development: Drive brand positioning and long-term strategy, ensuring consistency and differentiation across all touchpoints. Lead initiatives that strengthen brand equity.
• Digital & Web Projects: Oversee web initiatives such as campaign landing pages, content updates, and marketing site improvements to support lead generation and brand visibility.
• Ad Hoc Projects: Take ownership of special projects and requests from leadership, ensuring they are executed with precision and speed.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in marketing project management or related marketing roles with proven success across a variety of initiatives.
• Industry Knowledge: Proven experience working in finance-related industries, preferably trading, brokerage, or financial markets companies.
• Language: Native English speaker (mandatory), with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Spanish is a plus.
• Project Management Excellence: Impeccable organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Generalist Marketing Skills: Broad experience across campaign management, brand initiatives, and digital/web projects.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to track project outcomes, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with design, product, sales, and external partners.
• Detail Orientation: Highly structured and quality-driven, ensuring flawless delivery across projects.
• Start-up Mentality: Understands the pace, dynamics, and mindset of a start-up, able to execute quickly, adapt to change, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Availability: Must be available for a fully on-site position at our office located at Paseo de la Castellana18, Madrid.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with HubSpot, web CMS tools, Jira, and analytics dashboards.
• Experience managing content workflows and creative production processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable liaising with senior leaders and external partners.
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to shifting priorities.
