Responsible for leading the strategic commercial relationship with Key Accounts in the Southern region for our Private Label category. The mission involves designing and implementing customer-specific commercial strategies and budgets, ensuring they adhere to the Group's Commercial Policy. Additionally, the role is tasked with actively expanding the customer portfolio and driving new business development across the South.
Main Responsabilities:
- Lead the development and execution of tailored commercial plans for all Key Accounts in the Southern region, ensuring profitable growth and adherence to the Group Commercial Policy.
- Cultivate and strengthen long-term, stable relationships with key retail partners and buyers, positioning the company as a strategic Private Label supplier.
- Drive volume and revenue growth by actively identifying and securing opportunities to expand the product portfolio (SKU listings) within existing and new customer accounts.
- Conduct deep market analysis and track sales performance (budget vs. actual) to provide strategic insights and ensure attainment of annual sales targets.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS:
Academic Background
: University Degree in Business Administration, Economic, Finance, Lar, Engineering or Similar. Master Degree in Sales, Commercial or Marketing.
Language Skills:
High Level of English (at least C1)
Other language is a plus
Technical Skills:
- At least 4-5 years of experience in FMCG
- At least 1 years as KAM
- Knowledge in commercial planning and budgeting
- Capability in calculating and negotiating margins, costings, and commercial tariffs to ensure profitability.
- Familiarity with the supply chain, production cycles, and logistic
- Proven ability to analyze market assortment
