- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Experience with ETL tools.
- Basic knowledge of Python and willingness to develop these skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Team player with strong collaborative skills.
- Experience in a growth-focused role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Basic understanding of statistics and A/B testing.
- Understanding the architecture of Data Warehouse (DWH) layers.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- We have a hybrid model in one of our offices, Berlin, Limassol, or Almaty, or fully remote outside office locations.
- We support relocation to Cyprus (visa, package) when needed.

- Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports to track the effectiveness of different channels over time.
- Generate innovative ideas for new acquisition channels and tactics to reach target audiences.
