¿Cuál será tu rol?

Este es un rol del área de Tecnología, Proyectos y Servicios en el que te encargarás de apoyar la implementación, mantenimiento y mejora continua de las aplicaciones móviles comerciales de la organización, asegurando que los productos digitales orientados a clientes —como apps de ventas, pedidos, autoservicio, seguimiento y fidelización— operen de forma eficiente, segura y alineada con las necesidades del negocio y de los usuarios. ç

  • Apoyar la definición de la hoja de ruta tecnológica de supply chain y logística, identificando módulos, mejoras o iniciativas que respondan a las necesidades operativas y estratégicas del negocio.
  • Participar en la ejecución de proyectos de digitalización, automatización y optimización de procesos logísticos, como planificación de la demanda, gestión de inventarios, transporte, distribución, compras y trazabilidad.
  • Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento, mantenimiento y mejora continua de los productos digitales logísticos, incluyendo resolución de incidencias funcionales, pruebas de nuevas funcionalidades, soporte a usuarios y análisis de desempeño de sistemas.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de operaciones, planificación, compras, transporte, TI, datos y proveedores externos, garantizando que las soluciones tecnológicas sean eficientes, seguras y estén alineadas con los objetivos operativos y de sostenibilidad.
  • Supervisar la calidad, integridad y disponibilidad de los datos logísticos y operativos, promoviendo buenas prácticas de registro, control y trazabilidad en los sistemas.
  • Generar reportes, dashboards y análisis sobre el uso, rendimiento, capacidad y eficiencia de las plataformas logísticas y de supply chain, comunicando resultados y oportunidades de mejora a los stakeholders.
  • Gestionar pequeños proyectos, módulos o productos digitales dentro del ecosistema logístico, asegurando que cada entrega cumpla con los estándares de calidad, plazos y alcance definidos, y que aporte valor al negocio.
  • Contribuir a la mejora continua del ecosistema tecnológico logístico, proponiendo optimizaciones, automatizaciones o innovaciones que impulsen la productividad, la sostenibilidad y la satisfacción del cliente final.

A quién estamos buscando:

  • Especialidad: Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería, Ciencias de la Computación, Tecnología de la Información o campo afín.
  • Idiomas: Inglés (nivel intermedio).
  • Experiencia de entre al menos 2 a 4 años en roles de soporte, implementación o mejora de sistemas corporativos o financieros.
  • Gestión y coordinación de equipos externos y coordinación con áreas internas.
  • Sería ideal si además:
  • Se valorará experiencia en implementación, mantenimiento o mejora de sistemas ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics u otros), WMS, TMS, APS u otras plataformas logísticas, así como en entornos internacionales o multiculturales y familiaridad con metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) y prácticas sostenibles aplicadas a la gestión logística y de supply chain.
