Senior Data Analyst

About the job 

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will collaborate with central data functions and regional cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Your expertise in data analysis will be crucial in optimizing business processes, services and enhancing overall performance.

What you do

• Analyze and interpret data from diverse enterprise systems and services including SAP, ServiceNow, FinOps, CSVs, and diverse databases.
• Identify and prioritize quick-win opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
• Collaborate with regional Operational Data Analysts (ODAs) and central teams to define use cases and reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools.
• Support the design of data models and contribute to the integration of fragmented data sources.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with internal governance and regulatory standards.
• Document findings, methodologies, and recommendations in a clear and structured format.
• Contribute to the development of the data services operating model and toolset.
• Mentor and support data analysts and data citizens.

What you bring 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in IT infrastructure or enterprise services.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data visualization techniques.
• Experience working with SAP, ServiceNow, and cloud cost management tools (FinOps).
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or German is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use
