Your mission

As a Business Analyst at Lumibit, you will play a key role in the integration processes and delivery of parts within large-scale projects, with a strong emphasis on the automotive and mobility industry. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, streamline workflows, and ensure seamless integration from concept to execution. Focusing on our German customers, very good German and English skills are essential.

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, working alongside developers who automate and digitize processes. By steering the project to align with core objectives, you'll drive step-by-step automation to enhance overall stability, efficiency, and scalability. Your insights will translate complex requirements into actionable plans, ensuring innovation and delivering real value through optimized digital solutions.

Your profile
  • Several years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or similar roles (e.g., as a business analyst, product owner, or consultant)
  • Experience in analyzing and optimizing processes in digital projects
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and modern software development processes
  • Technical understanding (APIs, cloud technologies, databases, etc.)
  • Understanding of SAP processes
  • Strong communication skills in dealing with customers and teams
  • Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on mentality
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate and Clarify Requirements: Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine integration need, ensuring alignment with project goals and overall stability.
  • Pursue Automation and Digitalization: Identify manual processes in integration and parts delivery for automation opportunities, collaborate with developers to implement digital solutions step by step, and promote enhancements that boost project stability, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate and Hand Over Requirements: Develop detailed User Stories based on analysis, incorporating business needs, technical specifications, integration requirements, and expected benefits; schedule brief handover meetings with developers to refine them, ensuring smooth transitions and allowing focus on ongoing project steering.
