About the role

Are you a People and Culture (or Human Resources) student and want to take the next step in your professional development? Your day-to-day will be a dynamic mix of development and execution—just like the rest of our team. Operating a company of 250+ people across 8 countries means there's always something impactful to contribute to. In this role, you'll work closely with the People & Culture team, supporting them in key initiatives and getting exposure to a wide range of topics and decisions that shape our workplace.

This is a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and add real value as we define how BASE develops as a workplace that empowers and supports its people. Reporting to our People & Culture Operations Manager and collaborating closely with the People & Culture team, you'll be involved in:

• Data Maintenance & Reporting Support across platforms like SharePoint, BambooHR, and Workday
• Participating in the implementation and digitalization of HR projects
• Supporting global People processes
• Driving clear and engaging communications
• Collaborating within the Operations team while championing People & Culture initiatives

On top of this, you have the following competences:

• Professional English (written and verbal fluency is required).
• Currently studying a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related careers. Preferably, Master's students
• You have the possibility of signing an agreement with your University or Study Center.

• Ideally with previous experience in general People & Culture (Human Resources) positions
• Organized with a strong sense of detail – without losing sight of the bigger picture
• We imagine that you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have rather good communication skills.
