Buscamos un/a profesional
Data
para incorporarse en un proyecto de
Credit Risk y Data Maintenance
. La persona seleccionada trabajará en el diseño, desarrollo y optimización de pipelines de datos, garantizando la calidad, integridad y gobernanza de los datos, colaborando con equipos de Data Engineering, Risk, Tecnología y áreas de negocio. Además, contribuirá a la automatización de procesos manuales y a la modernización de herramientas de reporting heredadas mediante código escalable.

Funciones principales

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y optimizar pipelines de datos utilizando
    SQL
    y
    Databricks
    .
  • Implementar flujos de ingestión y transformación de datos usando
    Spark
    en entornos distribuidos.
  • Asegurar la
    gobernanza, trazabilidad e integridad de los datos
    en todas las etapas de la arquitectura.
  • Colaborar con equipos de
    Data Engineering, Risk, Tecnología y negocio
    para entregar soluciones de datos integradas.
  • Automatizar procesos manuales y modernizar herramientas de reporting heredadas.

Requisitos

Experiencia:

  • Mínimo
    5 años de experiencia práctica
    en ingeniería o gestión de datos en servicios financieros o entornos de big data.
  • Experiencia demostrable en
    desarrollo SQL
    (consultas complejas, optimización, CTEs, funciones de ventana).
  • Experiencia práctica con
    Databricks, Spark
    o plataformas distribuidas equivalentes.

Educación:

  • Titulación universitaria en un campo
    STEM
    (Ingeniería, Informática, Matemáticas, etc.) con enfoque en datos y análisis.
  • Formación adicional o certificaciones en plataformas de datos o herramientas cloud es un plus.

Idiomas:

  • Nivel
    alto de inglés
    .

Conocimientos y habilidades:

  • Desarrollo avanzado en
    SQL
    (obligatorio).
  • Experiencia con
    Databricks, Spark
    y ecosistemas de datos en la nube.
  • Buen entendimiento de
    modelado de datos, normalización y prácticas de calidad de datos
    .
  • Dominio de
    Excel, VBA
    y suite Microsoft Office.
