What You'll Do

  • Manage and coordinate creative projects to ensure flawless execution
  • Collaborate with various teams to determine project requirements and timelines
  • Produce and edit high-quality content that aligns with our brand standards
  • Maintain strict adherence to deadlines and project schedules
  • Assist in the development and implementation of creative strategies
  • Conduct research to support content creation and strategy development
  • Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers for special projects
  • Ensure all creative materials are stored and archived accurately
  • Offer administrative assistance to the Arts/Editorial team when required
  • Monitor industry trends to keep our content fresh and competitive

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated background in a creative administrative position
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and project management expertise
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to successfully implement and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High attention to detail with a dedication to quality
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • More than 2 years of experience in an administrative or support position within a creative environment
  • A passion for the arts, editorial work, and content creation
